One of our clients is looking for a Creator Acquisition Lead. As the Creator Acquisition Lead, you’ll own getting the biggest Creator-Entrepreneurs to use the company and join their Ambassador Program. This will require clever and creative networking, wise relationship development, and healthy pipeline management. Your job is to acquire the very biggest Creator-Entrepreneurs on the internet who don’t yet use the company.



Responsibilities:


• You have a proven track record of acquiring high visibility clients:

o You have full comfort owning their influencer acquisition strategy and you have the experience and hunger to execute on that strategy with excellence.

o You’ve created playbooks to acquire high visibility clients that you’ve scaled through a team to achieve high volume.


• You’re an experienced pipeline leader:

o You have a true hunter mentality and know how to create and cultivate a healthy/efficient pipeline that exceeds the goals put in front of you.

o You love working in a “player-coach” capacity. You’ll first create the playbook, hustle to prove it out, and ensure it’s repeatable and scalable before you begin to hire and build out your team.

o You’re capable of recruiting top-tier sales talent and mentoring them to success.


• You’re an expert at building long-term relationships:

o You’ll do whatever it takes to achieve the volume but you absolutely know how to do that in a thoughtful way with a Creator-first approach to relationship building.

You value Creator success over your own.

o Ideally, you’ve worked with top influencers before and understand how to get “in” with them, develop trust and build relationships that motivate them to buy into their brand and share it with others.

o Ensure white glove service and moments of delight at every encounter.


• You have a High Degree of Agency and Independent Ownership:

o You’re someone who is looking for a ton of autonomy and impact.


• You’re a Kind & Hardworking person



Qualifications:


• Sales Experience:

o 3-5 years of sales experience in outbound sales with a focus on long-term relationships

o 2+ years experience managing/leading a sales team in a player-coach capacity

o Clear experience hustling to outperform targets and managing a pipeline


• Creator Management Experience:

o Prior experience in Creator/Influencer Relations

o Is intimately familiar with how top brands go-to-market through influencers


• Cultural Fit:

o Has a very strong work ethic and has what it takes to be a part of a best-in-class team o Is a deeply kind and empathetic person
