One of our clients is seeking a talented and motivated Programmatic Media Trader to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns using programmatic advertising platforms. This role involves buying and selling online advertising space to reach specific target audiences efficiently.



Responsibilities:


• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels, including display, video, native, and mobile.

• Media Buying: Utilize programmatic advertising platforms and tools to purchase advertising inventory that aligns with the campaign objectives, budget, and target audience.

• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using key metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies for optimal results.

• Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals and ROI targets.

• Audience Targeting: Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to reach the desired customer segments and demographics.

• Ad Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign goals.

• Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with programmatic advertising vendors and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

• Reporting: Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance and insights to internal teams and clients.

• Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creative elements.

• Adherence to Compliance: Ensure that all advertising campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in programmatic media trading, preferably within a digital advertising agency or media buying role.

• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and tools (e.g., DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges).

• Proficiency in data analysis and a strong understanding of key performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with ad tracking and attribution platforms is a plus.

• Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in the programmatic advertising industry.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, The Trade Desk) are a plus.
