One of our clients is seeking a highly experienced Engagement Manager to lead their adept team of management consultants and growth marketing experts. This role is critical for driving the delivery of innovative marketing solutions and insights that directly contribute to the strategic advancements of their client engagements.


Key Responsibilities:


● Lead and manage complex projects with a primary focus on growth marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives for substantial ROI.

● Analyze market trends and customer data to develop actionable, data-centric growth strategies that enhance client portfolio performance.

● Facilitate the creation and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and adjusting strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.

● Define and oversee the implementation of growth experiments, leveraging A/B testing and other data-driven techniques to refine marketing approaches.

● Collaborate closely with clients to develop deep understandings of their market positions and growth opportunities, providing strategic recommendations that are both innovative and executable.

● Ensure the professional development of team members with a focus on advanced digital marketing techniques and strategies.

● Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities to expand the company's influence within the growth marketing space.


Qualifications:


● Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, PhD) from a top-tier institution, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing or related fields.

● A minimum of 5-7 years in strategic or management consulting, with at least 2 years dedicated to leading growth marketing initiatives.

● Proven track record in deploying successful growth strategies in high-stakes environments, ideally within private equity-backed companies.

● Expertise in utilizing analytics and digital tools to drive decision-making and client results.

● Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills, aimed at boosting marketing efficacy and organizational growth.

● Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering an environment of learning and adaptation to changing market dynamics.

● Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, essential for motivating teams and persuading stakeholders.
