We are seeking a Financial Operations Leader to join a well established medical practice in Central Florida.

This is role that can be hybrid (if located in Central Florida - East Hillsborough, Polk County) or 100% remote once training/onboarding is completed.

Qualified candidates MUST have Billing experience in PATHOLOGY or ANATOMICAL domains.

Duties include:

• Billing and Collections Management
• Financial Projections and Revenue Cycle Management
• 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan Administration
• Preliminary Tax Preparation
• Expense Oversight and Budget Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial operations, preferably within a healthcare or medical billing environment.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and financial analysis.
• Experience with 401(k) plan administration and tax preparation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
