Role: Group Creative Director

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote


Overview:

This position entails spearheading the creative direction for diverse brands, emphasizing innovation and strategic acumen. Inspire and mentor teams to foster a vibrant work culture while ensuring seamless alignment with brand strategies from inception to execution.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clearly articulate and convey the creative vision to both internal teams and clients.
  • Develop exceptional concepts that reinforce brand strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic and account leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and career guidance to team members.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 11 years of experience in creative roles, with a track record of success within agencies.
  • Substantial agency experience of at least 7 years.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising creative teams for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating relevant accomplishments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Google Slides.
  • Client-facing experience with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally may be required.
