NLP Logix is seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to join its growing team and oversee the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions to our Enterprise clients. This key role is based out of Jacksonville, FL and requires limited travel (less than 10%) for client meetings and events.

Essential functions and responsibilities


As an Enterprise Client Services Manager, you will work under the general direction of the VP Client Services (Enterprise) and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing long-term partnerships with our clients.


Client Relationship Management


  • Build and manage strong relationships with executives and decision-makers at our Enterprise-sized clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding each client's unique business and technical needs and challenges.
  • Collaboratively deliver customized AI solutions that address their strategic objectives and drive quantifiable results.
  • Proactively identify, recommend, and negotiate expansion opportunities for existing clients, fostering revenue growth and service utilization.


Solution Delivery Excellence


  • Own the entire client services lifecycle, from proposal development and project initiation to successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Work in partnership with our cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and AI practitioners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with the NLP Logix Shared Services teams and the client on project scope, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively and transparently with clients, keeping them informed of progress and proactively addressing any concerns.


Leadership and Strategic Impact


  • Work together with NLP Logix Shared Services teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Client Services team and NLP Logix.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends, competitor landscape, and opportunities for business growth.


Qualifications


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or another relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing client relationships and delivering complex technology solutions within the Enterprise IT or Data Science sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and business processes, and to articulate this information to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Enterprise businesses in the digital age.
  • Experience leading change with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Disciplined, organized, operates with integrity and humility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Observant of client/team dynamics (strong emotional intelligence)
  • Can handle pressure, deadlines, stressful situations (stays calm)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
