We are now hiring an enthusiastic and strategic Client and Business Development Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll generate new business opportunities while growing our national client base and revenues. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work directly with both our internal partners and with our clients to help serve their staffing needs. What You'll Get To Do


  • Generate new business opportunities and referrals while growing existing client base and revenues
  • Research sales opportunities and bring in new business through cold calls, messaging, and marketing initiatives
  • Utilize and manage sales and business development platform (ZoomInfo)
  • Successfully source and sign recruitment agreements with new clients
  • Develop relationships and manage current clients while consistently adding job roles to the pipeline
  • Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients’ needs
  • Using a consultative approach, meet with existing and prospective clients to learn more about their business and culture and to understand their unique hiring needs and strategies
  • Coordinate and monitor the direct hire placement through its guarantee period and collection of payment
  • Execute successful sales strategy within territory and achieve profitable sales growth objectives
  • Attend virtual and in-person events for client acquisition opportunities
  • Develop and implement recruiting plans to help source top talent, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Limited travel as needed to customer locations 


What You'll Bring


  • 4+ years of outside sales and client management experience, with proven success in growing accounts
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing industry is highly preferred
  • Experience leading sales initiatives; must have strong sales planning and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong prospecting skills - confident to make cold calls, ask for referrals, and seek new leads
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in office applications and other relevant functions, strong computer skills
  • Energetic self-starter who is willing and able to function autonomously a great deal of the time, is highly competitive, and can adhere to a monthly quota
  • Strategic thinker that appropriately considers clients’ best interest by providing expertise in recruiting strategies, facts, and competitive landscape with credible recruiting solutions
  • Goal oriented and enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, can-do attitude
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, associates, internal colleagues, and management
  • Team player who is accountable, coachable, and receptive to feedback
