Our client is a dynamic and innovative design firm based in the heart of Dubai! 

We are seeking a talented Lead Designer with expertise in both architecture and interiors to join their highly creative team. As a Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that your designs exceed client expectations and align with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts that reflect the unique identity of each project.
2. Lead the design process, from initial sketches and renderings to detailed construction drawings and specifications.
3. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
4. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and interior design, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our projects.
7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
8. Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events, showcasing our portfolio and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 - 8 years of experience in architecture and interior design, with a focus on high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent design sensibility and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
