iCertis CLM System Analyst
Type of Position:
6-month contract position initially. Possible for extension / being hired on direct.
Candidate Requirements:
This role is open to US Citizens and Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders). Candidates on F1-CPT, F1-OPT, H1B or TN visas are also permitted in this role. This company is NOT open to corp2corp (c2c) or corp2hire (c2h) – no exceptions.
Job Location:
Seattle, WA (this will be a hybrid role). Relocation assistance may be available for well qualified candidates.
Compensation:
Negotiable depending on experience. There is no set rate for this position (open to the market).

HRU Technical Resources has partnered with a global digital technology services company (which provides services such as digital transformation, product engineering, and data analytics) all over the world. We are seeking an iCertis CLM System Analyst for a client based in Seattle, WA (this is a hybrid role).
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for contract management processes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable configurations within the iCertis CLM system.
iCertis CLM Configuration:
- Utilize your iCertis CLM certification to configure and customize the system to meet specific organizational needs.
- Implement and maintain workflows, templates, and rules within the iCertis CLM platform.
System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration between iCertis CLM and other relevant business systems, such as CRM or ERP, to streamline contract-related processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test integrations.
User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on iCertis CLM functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
Data Management:
- Oversee data migration efforts and ensure data integrity within the iCertis CLM system.
- Implement and maintain data governance practices to guarantee the accuracy of contract-related information.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and generate reports and analytics within iCertis CLM to provide insights into contract performance, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates, features, and industry best practices.
- Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the iCertis CLM system.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure that the iCertis CLM system aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce compliance measures within the system.
Qualifications:
- iCertis CLM Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CLM System Analyst, with specific expertise in iCertis CLM.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing iCertis CLM to meet organizational requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment:
- This is a 1st (day) shift role.
- There may be occasional overtime in this role. Any OT will be paid at 1.5x.
