Job Title: Application Developer
Location: Fully Remote (Global Engine Manufacturing Company)
Contract: 12 months (possible extension/direct hire)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST
Compensation: $49.32/hour (optional benefits available)

Additional Manager Notes: Seeking a candidate to collaborate with aftermarket information system teams in an agile environment. Responsibilities include designing, molding, and managing translation systems, as well as ticket management and customer-facing information system upkeep. PHP experience is preferred.
Description:
Develop and design web applications and websites, overseeing content creation, enhancement, and maintenance. Technical expertise encompasses computer hardware and software.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the design, build, or maintenance of websites, using various tools and digital media.
• Oversee webpage content creation and updates.
• Review and approve problem corrections identified through testing or customer feedback.
• Advise management or development teams on prioritization, conflict resolution, content criteria, or solutions.
• Direct development or validation of test routines and schedules to ensure alignment with external interfaces.
• Stay current with web technologies and programming practices through ongoing education.
Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively (Required).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for providing support and feedback (Required).
• Proficiency in circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, computer hardware, and software (Required).
• Knowledge of design techniques and principles for drawings and models (Required).
• Familiarity with computer software such as Adobe, Java, SQL, etc. (Required).
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience required.
Responsibility Level:
• Exercises independent judgment with minimal supervision.
