Position Description:

  • Join a team responsible for analyzing internal and external problem reports at the forefront of design, development, and production of complex systems within a defense environment.
  • Monitor the progress of assigned program items to ensure adherence to system and process requirements.
  • Attend all mandatory program meetings and, if necessary, assist in conducting Review Board meetings.
  • Provide support to assigned programs by furnishing necessary reports for system accuracy or audit purposes.
  • Address queries from system users regarding workflow processes and rectify issues within the PLM system.
  • Participate in team projects and contribute to system enhancements as needed.


Skills Required:

  • Proficient in the MS Office suite for generating metrics, reports, and documents.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting issues within the Change Management Process and program-supported workflows.


Skills Preferred:

  • Experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) environment is advantageous.
  • Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) software (preferably Windchill) and ORACLE ERP.
  • Any experience in process optimization is desirable.


Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.
  • 4+ years of experience with a high school diploma, 2+ years with an associate's degree, or no experience with a bachelor's degree.


Experience Preferred:

  • Any experience in process optimization work.
