Title: Senior Test Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive functional and technical test plans for moderately complex application implementations and developments.
• Execute testing procedures for technology systems to ensure optimal quality and performance efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testing analysts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various testing methodologies, with familiarity in Oracle database applications.
• Create and implement diverse testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on technical and user requirements.
• Offer constructive feedback on testing outcomes to development teams, ensuring necessary fixes or enhancements are integrated before scheduled releases.
• Uphold high-quality standards across all applications.
• Analyze intricate information systems, identifying and documenting quality-related issues.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted liaison between customers and solutions delivery teams to ensure applications align with business needs.
• Execute complex tasks within large-scale projects.
• Develop automation strategy for supported applications and possess proficiency in automation testing tools and coding for test automation.
• Display forward-thinking capabilities and the ability to contribute as both an individual and team player.
• Follow Agile methodologies and demonstrate a good understanding of SaFe Agile practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8+ years of experience
