Job Location:
Englewood, CO (near Centennial Airport). This role is an onsite
position. A generous relocation package is available for non-local
candidates.
Compensation / Benefits:
Salary will be $90K/yr to $105K/yr (depending on experience). There is
also a 0.5% commission on any additional services or products sold to
our clients. Hours worked over 40 will be straight time. This role
includes a comprehensive benefits package inclusive of Paid Time Off
(PTO), paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401k with
employer match, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, etc.
Overview:
HRU Technical Resources has partnered with an automated machine /
tooling manufacturer to find a Technical Accounts Manager
(Engineering). Over the last 50 years, we have established our
reputation based on quality, process expertise, innovation, risk
management and commitment. We have installed more than 3,700 assembly
and testing systems worldwide. Our customers operate in the following
markets: pharmaceutical, medtech, automotive, electrical/electronics,
consumer goods and construction/building. We employ over 750 people and
are very much a worldwide organization – our headquarters are in
Switzerland, and we have sites in Denver (CO), Singapore, Shanghai
(China) and Kaunas (Lithuania). This position supports the overall
Sales and Customer Service functions of the business, and is
responsible for the management of customer support, sales, and customer
communication. This role is extremely client focused, but we are
seeking people from technical backgrounds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assigned customers in all tasks of
support including leading regularly scheduled meetings, identifying
pain points, fulfilling RFQs, customer satisfaction, etc.
• Ability to promote our products, systems, and
support offerings.
• Obtain and maintain confidentiality agreements with
customers and vendors as needed.
• Work with the Customer Service Manager and
Application Engineers on all aspects of the process
• Read and understand customer supplied documents
including drawings and User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Ability to remain highly organized and confidential
while addressing diverse responsibilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently and
within a team setting.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint with demonstrated record of spreadsheet
creation and maintenance.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and
attention to detail
• Strong ability to function in a fast-paced work
environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and solid aptitude with
numbers
• Ability to communicate technical details.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and
communicating in a respectful manner to foster a team environment with
customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
• Responsible for CUS project invoicing as required.
• Able to organize and lead large meetings with
customers, suppliers, and Team members including leading
internal/external project design reviews
• Establish a partnership relationship with the
customer at all times.
• Capable of working with Excel cost sheets and
understanding the formulas and the data behind the summaries.
• Collaborate with CUS PM’s and CUS Supervisors for
project execution activities.
• Work with Applications Team to find solutions to
that meet customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Customer
Service Manager
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering degree or 5+ years
of relevant working experience
• Previous project experience in the
automation/medical device manufacturing field.
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• Ability to work hands on, as a team player as well
as independently as needed.
• Successfully perform “Main
Responsibilities/Critical Tasks” items as described above within 6
months of hire date.
Work Environment:
• This role is generally a 1st (day) shift position.
May be required to work outside normal hours and holidays as needed.
• Candidates will be paid extra when working over 40
hours (straight time).
• This role will involve some travel (although we
would not consider this a “road warrior” role). Most trips are a week
or less (but some could be slightly longer if international travel is
involved or if travel is related to large / complex projects).
• This position will require candidates to pass a
background check and drug screen. This drug screen will involve testing
for cannabis.
