Salary: $35-40/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical circuits for car wash control systems, encompassing pumps, blowers, solenoids, push buttons, e-stops, photo eyes, and pressure sensors.
  • Develop and program car wash control systems to optimize wash operations, ensuring precise timing, equipment functionality, and safety protocols.
  • Establish, document, and maintain control system standards, including configuration profiles, startup procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Conduct thorough testing, validation, and documentation of product performance.
  • Generate schematics of control panels and field wiring diagrams.
  • Create comprehensive documentation checklists and issue communication for quality assurance and support.
  • Support control panel building operations by providing essential engineering knowledge and requirements.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on electrical and/or industrial control software engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD schematic design using tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, Solidworks, or MS Visio.
  • Experience in writing ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programs for industrial control systems.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience, with preference given to candidates with car wash industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric SoMachine (CODESYS), Unity Pro, EcoStruxure, and Vijeo Designer software programs.
  • Fluent in AutoCAD Electrical, with expertise in control panel design and UL experience.
  • Process-oriented individual with exceptional collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement and growth.
