Title: E-commerce Brand Manager

Location: Durham, North Carolina

Contract: 6 months with possible extension/direct hire

Schedule: Onsite | M-F (1st shift)

Compensation: $45/hour with optional benefits

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Brand Manager to lead the development and management of our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall shopping experience to maximize sales and customer engagement on the platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to establish and strengthen the brand presence on the Amazon platform.
  2. Optimize product listings, images, and descriptions to drive traffic and conversions.
  3. Manage promotions, advertising campaigns, and sponsored product placements to increase sales.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  6. Implement best practices for SEO, pricing, inventory management, and customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, trends, and best practices to leverage new features and opportunities.
  8. Work closely with vendors, agencies, and third-party partners to enhance brand visibility and performance on Amazon.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Brand Manager or similar role, with a focus on Amazon.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices for product listings.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or related areas is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, or retail is preferred.
