What we are looking for:
10+ Years HVAC Controls career progression including proven leadership experience;
Measurable results – Track record of leading a commercial HVAC controls service group in cost efficient productivity, safety and customer impact with field supervision responsibilities
Strong technical knowledge – understanding of commercial/industrial BAS systems and field level understanding of installation and service methods. Previous experience in a technical role is ideal.
Polished Leadership – not just a manager but an outstanding communicator. Someone that creates vision and identifies, mentors, and attracts the leaders of tomorrow based on winning principles and the organization’s mission.
