We are looking for a technical specialist within building automation controls to join a growing branch of a premier, established HVAC controls and energy services group. Here, you will play a crucial role in the field implementation of controls systems for a major projects in the Seattle area. What we are looking for:

5+ years of experience within the HVAC Controls/BAS Industry. Niagara environment and proprietary systems experience (ALC, Alerton, Siemens, JCI, etc.) are both valued.

Well rounded system experience on large, technically complex facilities

Opportunity to use your knowledge on both construction (start-up) and service projects

Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU’s, VAV’s, boilers, chillers etc.

BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience

Polished professional – someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.

Motivated team player with customer focused attitude.

Strong computer technology skills including Networking, Database, Security, and Microsoft platform experience.

Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Looking for a well-trained specialist.
