Sr. Controls Specialist - Complex/Critical Facilities

Location: Tri-Cities, WA

Compensation: 110 - 130K

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience within the HVAC Controls/BAS Industry. Niagara environment and proprietary systems experience (especially Distech) are both valued.
• Well rounded system experience on large, technically complex facilities
• Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU’s, VAV’s, boilers, chillers etc.
• BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience
• Polished professional – someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.
• Motivated team player with customer focused attitude.
• Strong computer technology skills including Networking, Database, Security, and Microsoft platform experience.
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Looking for a well-trained specialist.
