Elever Professional is seeking an Head of Sales, Enterprise Account Manager for a leading technology client in the Staffing and Recruitment sector. Our client offers a comprehensive suite of tech solutions that make life better for job seekers and dramatically improves recruiting efficiency and hire rates for clients. Our client is not a startup on a shoestring budget.  They're global with the resources to support the sales team and this role comes with enormous growth potential. Job:

There's no need to over complicate things.  Put simply, you'll lead a small but growing sales team.  You'll Identify, target, and land new clients.  You'll be a brand ambassador for a tech product that has the potential to change the staffing game forever.  But if it comes down to one thing- you'll close deals early and often.


Qualifications:

You should have experience selling staffing solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. You should have a book of business with warm contacts at major prospects, ideally in the Mid West, but that's not necessarily a prerequisite. You should be supremely motivated by closing business (i.e. making money).

Additional Information:

Comp starts with base and commission but total earning potential exceeds 200k.
