• Work collaboratively across design, engineering, UI/UX and Product to drive revenue and increase customer engagement (and give your customers the best product experience ever)
• Live in perpetual BETA to drive innovation and optimization
• Team with business and sales ops teams to constantly drive and improve the buyer's journey
• Directly Manage talented developers to satisfy project requirements, product iterations, new features and projects
• Lead agile development scrum and become the internal subject matter expert for CMS
• Continuously analyze data and confidently report on statistical findings to senior stakeholders
