We are seeking a Success Factors - Compensation expert for a contract to hire opportunity!

Job Overview:

Support projects related to production support, process enhancement, and new business practices or acquisitions. Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and provide application support and training. Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and implement changes, upgrades, migrations, configurations as a hands on SuccessFactors expert. Will provide ongoing daily support of issues and manage minor enhancements.

Primary Duties:

  • Support and maintenance of HR Applications with a focus on SuccessFactors, specifically Compensation, Recruitment, Performance and Reporting modules.
  • Transition and support
  • Performing technical configurations
  • Collaboration and end user support
  • Relationship management
  • Best practices and security

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 5-8+ years of hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Skills:

  • Demonstrated strong experience within the Compensation Module.
  • EC Module configuration experience
  • Strong client-facing skills
  • User training and support
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven Experience with SuccessFactors upgrades
  • Preferred experience with Configuration including MDF objects (standard and custom), EC objects, Foundation Objects, Role Based Permissions, Workflows, business Rules, Email notifications.


This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States (up to 5% travel)

Hourly rate of $55-$65/hour during contract period with an anticipated annual salary of $100-120k after completion of the contract period
