Our client is seeking a Project Engineer!

This senior engineering role ensures the seamless operation of engineering systems, driving core functions through monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization. This position requires a strong commitment to ownership and accountability, fostering forward-thinking behaviors that mitigate risks, boost efficiencies, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Oversee project finances, technical execution, scheduling, and communication
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Develop quotations, establish client expectations, and provide internal communications
  • Advocate for clients, identify service improvements, and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Compile and analyze data, own project financials, and oversee project closure

Business Development

  • Engage in pre-sales activities, understand customer needs, and create marketing collateral
  • Deliver presentations, whitepapers, and proposals to promote service offerings
  • Build relationships with customers, industry partners, and networking organizations
  • Stay updated on client needs, competition, and industry trends

Mentoring

  • Assist junior engineers in developing skills and knowledge
  • Facilitate growth, encourage development, and provide problem-solving strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills


This role is 100% onsite and based in West Chester, OH
