Quality Engineer - Automotive OEM

Primary Role:

Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality standards are met during New Model (NM) development, supporting customer requirements, and supplier needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of quality documents (SWI/TWI, Control Plan, Data Sheets)
• Manage master part samples, limit samples, and gage concepts
• Develop and implement testing schedules, part validation, and process confirmation
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality concerns
• Lead internal audits, joint checks, and supplier development activities
• Support warranty activities and ensure timely design change implementation

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of quality experience
• Technical degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) or equivalent experience
• Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and Process Design
• Ability to work under stress, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing requirements
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under stress, prioritize projects, and adapt to changes
