Senior Data Engineer/Architect - Analysis Services Tabular Cubes

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our data warehouse and reporting infrastructure. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Analysis Services Tabular models to design and implement complex data models for large datasets (over 1 million records).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Analysis Services Tabular models using best practices for dimensional modeling.
• Write high-performance T-SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into the data warehouse.
• Define measures and KPIs within the Tabular models for insightful data analysis.
• Optimize Tabular model performance for large datasets and complex queries.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Document data models and ETL processes for future reference and maintainability.

Key Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular models.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling concepts
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL for data manipulation and querying large datasets.
• Experience working with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with large datasets (1 million+ records) a plus.
