Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading large capital plant projects, developing long-range plant project planning, and managing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain and Corporate Engineering teams to emphasize environmental stewardship, employee health and safety, legal compliance, and community relations.
• Controlling project progress, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Managing commercial contracts, ensuring timely payments, and processing project changes.
• Fostering the use of new engineering specifications and standards, maintaining project files, and supporting plant operations.

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Process, or Mechanical)
• 5-8 years' experience in heavy industrial/process work and project execution
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD, SAP, MS programs (including MS Project)
• Knowledge of Civil/Structural, mechanical, and electrical/controls
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United States
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
