Join our client's team as a versatile Business Systems Analyst/Scrum Master, driving innovation and problem-solving. Leverage your Agile expertise to support warehouse application development, ERP integration, and team guidance for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership & Team Facilitation:

• Lead a self-organizing team as a dedicated Scrum Master, achieving daily, iteration, and release goals.
• Enforce Scrum principles, shielding the team from external influences.
• Foster a dynamic environment, maximizing performance and improving Agile practices.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, planning, and review sessions, prioritizing tasks and mitigating roadblocks.
• Execute the full SDLC, participating in Agile methodologies via Azure DevOps.
• Stay updated on related technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients to define user requirements, discuss issues, and project status.
• Align system capabilities with client business objectives.
• Analyze user requirements, identifying implicit needs.
• Create clear technical documentation, translating user requirements into system requirements.
• Interface with the software development team, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Perform Business Process Modeling and Reengineering.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven software development experience (3+ years), managing small to medium requirement gathering initiatives.
• Five or more years of experience with .NET, SQL, and VB.net, preferably in Visual Studio environments.
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leveraging Azure DevOps for agile project management and version control.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• SQL proficiency and database query optimization.
• Understanding of designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud service databases.
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces, manufacturing application development, and automotive industry solutions.
• Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps and Microsoft Azure DevOps tool is highly preferred.
