As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with our distributor partners to ensure that our portfolio of Lemonati brands (Mighty Swell Spiked Seltzer & Mighty Swell Spirited) has a strong presence and deliver annual plan performance within your assigned territory. Develop meaningful partnerships with distributor teams and key retailers. You are the face and the voice of Lemonati, providing our partners with the plans, tools and knowledge needed to succeed. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Exceed quarterly KPI goals for the territory. 
  • Deliver results while effectively utilizing financial resources and staying within assigned budget. 
  • Learns from, collaborates with, and works alongside Field, Chain, Sales Ops, Finance and Marketing teams. 
  • Coordinates in-house brand ambassadors, demo agencies, events, sponsorships, point of sale items throughout the territory. 
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels: Plan, secure, and coordinate shipment of product orders to your distributors. 
  • Weekly admin/reporting: Examples include not limited to weekly recaps of activity to wholesalers and management. ABP plan performance related to the achievement of CE, Did-Buys, and EP goals (Candidate must have demonstrated ability). Plan, track, and validate performance of sales programming.
