About the Position:


In this role, you’ll oversee and manage the company’s sales portfolio, including product/service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to drive revenue and market share growth.


You’ll support the sales and marketing organization as a key advisor on marketing and sales strategies. Your market and data analysis are trusted. You have a knack for featuring attractive content in marketing and social media campaigns. You routinely position the brand for success. Your efforts generate well qualified leads.


About You:


You fuel sales pipelines and generate opportunities for new business growth. Your experience with product and digital marketing has prepared you to develop marketing and sales strategies and implement successful marketing campaigns. Your training in market and data analytics provides you a solid foundation to interpret and report on markets and sales performance. You bring a minimum of 3 years experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and/or sales experience.

-      Supporting management teams and sales managers with suggested marketing & sales strategies.

-      Communicating with various levels and departments across the business.

Qualifications:


Best-qualified candidates bring some or all of the following experience and capabilities:


·     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, economics, or equivalent experience.

·     3 years experience in manufactured product marketing and/or sales experience and

·     3 years experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·     Strong relationship building, problem solving, and strategy skills.

·     B2B product marketing experience including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and value proposition development, preferably in house

·     Able to deeply understand and profile potential customers – their needs, wants, beliefs, how and when they learn about products and identify and recommend product solutions.

·     Strong data insights skills to analyze and synthesize various sources of data.

·     Intermediate skillset in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Power BI, CRM, and social media.

·     Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports.

·     Ability to set, manage, and achieve deadlines while still meeting standards.

·     Willing to travel up to 10% to attend global conferences, industry/trade show events.
