Position: Account Opening Officer

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €40-50k

The Company

Our client is a leading Wealth Management Group. With their roots as a family business, the company is present in over 25 countries and around 60 locations. Our client is looking to hire an Account opening officer for the Dublin office to oversee the onboarding of all new clients.

The Role

• Perform client onboarding tasks to support Relationship Management.
• Assist Front Staff with Client Account Opening and repapering issues.
• Provide guidance to Front staff for AML/KYC/Source of Wealth documentation adherence.
• Ensure completeness and consistency in AO cases for minimal rejection rates.
• Collaborate with AO Specialists or RM/RMA for defect remediations.
• Manage all client data with due care and ensure adherence to policies where data security is concerned

The Person

• 3-5 years AML/KYC experience preferably in a private bank
• Knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence requirements is essential
• Project/Project Lead experience favourable
• Willingness to take instruction and task delegation from COO and Assistant Relationship Manager Team Head
• Capable of meeting deadlines and monitoring KPI’s of account opening
