Position: Account Manager

The Company

Our client is a high-growth Irish company within the medical technology space. The company is seeking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This is a major role in the business and is a great opportunity to join an Irish business that is scaling globally.

The Role

This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid setting, in the office for 2-3 days a week. As the key accounts manager, you will cultivate and elevate key relationships with existing customers. You will work with the sales & and marketing team in identifying, contacting, and compiling reports of key existing customers. Reports will be based on the revenue size and strategic performance of each customer. Duties include:

• Cultivating relationships with key customers.
• Collaborating on account strategies with customers through regular account management meetings.
• Understanding customer requirements from a technology perspective and informing customers of the company's key product offerings.
• Generating regular progress reports for internal stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
• Developing external reports for accounts, emphasizing value and positioning our client as a trusted partner.

The Person

• 6+ year’s experience in a related field
• Ability to demonstrate key relationships that have been developed with past clients.
• Proven sales experience working in the public sector, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience working in a SaaS company.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel.
