Position: Financial Accountant

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €65k + Bonus

The Company

Our client is a leading Irish PLC with a strong international presence and is seeking a financial accountant to join their finance team. 

The finance team is responsible for technical accounting, reporting, acquisition accounting, and setting the control agenda.

The Role

This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid setting, in the office for 2-3 days a week.

• Working with the team to complete financial reporting.
• Assisting the team with budgeting and forecasting.
• Preparation of reports for external investors.
• Cashflow preparation.
• Taking responsibility for different accounting projects when necessary.
• Assist with the tagging of the Irish and UK statuary accounts.

The Person

• Qualified in ACCA or similar qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Proactive and can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
