Resident Care Director (RN) - Wonderful Senior Care community in the greater Brooklyn, NY area

Knightcare Management is currently accepting applications for a Resident Care Director for a luxury Assisted Living and Independent Living community located in the greater Brooklyn, NY area. The Director needs to possess the leadership ability to manage and lead the Clinical team, while ensuring the best possible care and services for the residents. Key responsibilities include teaching, mentoring and developing the care team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal regulations, and ensuring that the residents are provided with the best possible care and service. Must have a demonstrated history of good survey results, good tenure, a hospitality mindset, as well as a customer service focused approach to care. Must be an RN in the State of NY (or have the ability to obtain licensure) and have previous experience in a geriatric setting such as Assisted Living, Memory Care or Long Term Care. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience: 2+ years as a supervisor or manager in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Behavioral, or Home Health setting preferred.

Required education, license or certification: RN in NY
