The Role
This is NOT a hunter role. The selected candidate(s) can reside in any major metropolitan area and will be highly focused, selling to a few high-revenue generating global customers. Each Relationship Manager will be assigned accounts based on prior experience and history at either the C-suite or a level or two below the C suite executives. If you have one or a few enterprise accounts where you can walk the halls with a "Mayoral" stature we want to learn more and align you with an exciting opportunity here.  

We're searching for pro's who have verifiable success selling Software & Data Solutions to large, enterprise clients for an extended period of time. These can be clients across a single vertical or across multiple verticals. The compensation plan carries a generous draw at 100% of OTE for 6+ months and can be extended if key milestones are met.

What You Will Be Doing:

  •           Formulates and implements sales plans, including strategies, activities, and timeframes to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  •          Develop strategies for driving user adoption and for increasing our reach and impact within the organizations that we serve.
  •          Cultivate relationships across our business, both with the product development teams building our software and the deployment teams responsible for maximizing its impact in the field.
  •          Build and maintain influential customer and supplier business relationships by staying abreast of current and future industry and competitor’s products, trends, technology and information.
  •          Develops and builds relationships with decision making management and C-level/executive level to proactively forecast future demands and provide solutions. Have the ability to speak intelligently about any transaction in your purview.
  •            Provide mentorship and leadership to create excitement in the sales organization.
  •           Communicate regularly with Management in Sales, Administration and Maintenance to ensure seamless support.
  •           Travel as required.          


What You Bring Along:

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience selling software or technology-based solutions.
  • Executive level relationships with key accounts in a major vertical or throughout various verticals.
  • Track record of over-achievement.
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment. Work independently and use sound judgment in decision making with a results-driven orientation.
  • A strong desire to learn new skills and truly understand our technology in the pursuit of our policy and education.


Bonus Points:

  •   Experience in open source is a plus
  •            Knowledge of Enterprise Search, Big Data, Cloud, IOT, Security preferred
