We are currently partnering with an high growth, Tier 1 VC funded startup that is delivering highly disruptive, real-time, AIOps solutions to the enterprise. They are going through a period of growth, increasing their headcount by 40%. Now looking to hire a Sales Director in the Western US. to help scale the business. Compensation will be competitive, aggressive OTE’s for over-achievement. There is a generous stock option play as well.

The Director of Sales will be expected to generate revenue-producing relationships with new accounts with the added benefit of shaping and driving our go-to-market capabilities with clients in the western region and across the US. The selected candidate will work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to proactively prospect, propose, close and manage all related solutions for our customers. 

And have:

·     Minimum of 4+ years of experience of direct sales in the SaaS industry with proficiency in network performance tools and the latest trends in AI, ML, and Managed Services.

·     Stable background and demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding an annual sales quota of 1M in enterprise software-related solutions.

·     Experience selling to clients in the following verticals is helpful: Gaming, Media, Financial Services, Ecommerce, Service Providers and other large-scale, data center driven environments. 

·     Creatively and proactively leverage LinkedIn, work with client partners and networking groups etc, to generate new leads, and new customers.

·     Ability to "connect" well with customers and build strong relationships based on trust, integrity and customer satisfaction.

·     We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic contributor, who works well as part of a group and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
