Northstar Resources Group is growing, and currently, has an open position for Virtual Recruiter, Sales Executive. Due to high demand in our field, we are expanding to meet the growing requirements for professional salespeople and engineers in network/cyber security and other emerging technologies throughout the US.

The Role

We're seeking 360-degree professional recruiters that understand all aspects of sales and recruiting who can build new client relationships and attract candidates for multiple opportunities. Prospective clients and suitable candidates are already in our database. Work ethic and professional demeanor are rewarded with large commissions. Successful recruiters will be provided with additional resources and incentives to build their desk.

This is a non-salaried, virtual office position. You can set your own hours, work from home. Pay Rate: 100% Commission based, plus Incentives.

Requirements
Candidate must have an expertise in either technology sales or recruitment experience in the tech sector. Ideally, candidates will possess a combination of skills in both sales and recruiting in emerging technologies.


Sales Experience

· 3+ years selling technology products and/or services.

· Zero call reluctance to identify and contact new clients and source new candidates.

· Strong knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines:

Technologies include - Network security, storage, virtualization, networking, infrastructure, cloud/data center, software, wireless, telecommunications, or related technologies.


Recruitment experience

· 3+ years recruiting sales and/or engineering professionals in the tech sector.

· Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and familiarity with Applicant Tracking System software.

· A strong personal network and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
