WHAT'S THE JOB?

A leading iGaming operator providing players with a great online casino experience is looking for a Danish Speaking Responsible Gaming Specialist to join their team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will be responsible for ensuring that Responsible Gaming is an integral part of the daily ops - from CS, marketing and technical enhancements.
• You will take ownership of procedures and strategies and will drive different RG related projects.
• You will promote RG issues throughout the company and liaise with other teams to resolve and settle any issues and complaints that may arise.
• You will ensure and uphold full RG compliance with all relevant licensing authorities.
• You will be proactive in preventing gaming addictions along with offering the very best service/tools to our customers in line with the group’s commitment towards RG.
• You will update the CS teams with RG training policies.
• You will ensure that escalations from other departments are dealt with in a timely manner, and conduct responsible gaming training to all the group’s staff.
• You will conduct proactive analysis of transactions and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known gambling addicted and underage accounts on our system.
• You will investigate any suspicious accounts (both internal & external) with proper analysis and follow-up.
• You will process and record all outgoing customer refunds, in a timely manner, ensuring no errors and according to procedures.
