WHAT’S THE JOB?


A leading PSP provider are growing their sales team in Malta! They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Manager. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by prospecting new merchants and expanding market presence, with a focus on the LATAM region. This position is hybrid 3 days a week in the Malta office.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants, particularly within the iGaming sector.
  • Develop and drive sales strategies and business development efforts in the LATAM region including travel for new business needs.
  • Build and maintain principal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives and achieve relevant KPI targets.
  • Ensure your industry knowledge is up to date by staying informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments, particularly within the iGaming and payments industries.
  • Leverage the Salesforce tool to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team across a variety of activities e.g. events, cross-sells, team KPI and more.
  • Drive sales efforts to secure new business opportunities and expand a client base; this includes generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.



WHAT CAN YOU DO?


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in the iGaming industry.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a must with experience in a B2B sales position.
  • Experience working with PSP environments is a strong advantage but not required.
  • Fluency in Portuguese both written and spoken is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Must be willing to travel, particularly to the LATAM region.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly beneficial.
