WHAT'S THE JOB?

Do you have a talent for managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional service?

A smaller iGaming Operator led by a highly talented and experienced team are on the look out for a skilled VIP Manager. If you have a passion for the iGaming industry and a knack for building strong relationships with VIP customers while maximising revenue, then this role is tailor-made for you.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our VIP customers, providing them with an exceptional level of service and personal attention.
  • Take charge of managing high-value accounts, ensuring that these players receive a premium service and maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities within the VIP segment, leveraging your analytical skills and industry expertise.
  • Professionally and efficiently manage and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for our VIP customers.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, customer service and operations teams to create a seamless VIP experience and enhance customer engagement.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of VIP accounts to senior management, offering valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.


WHAT CAN YOU DO?

  • Experience in VIP management within the iGaming industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and optimising revenue.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Additional language skills would be a great advantage e.g. Finnish, Norwegian, German
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is essential.
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices is highly valued.
  • The role may involve occasional weekend or evening work to meet project deadlines or attend events.
