WHAT’S THE JOB


An iGaming company specialising in online casino with 3 already very successful brands are looking to boost their customer services team with an additional Swedish speaking Customer Service Agent! This is a small to medium sized business so your exposure is endless and the hiring team are specifically looking for someone with a positive and ambitious attitude!

If you enjoy problem solving, have a great ability to build rapport and looking for somewhere to learn and progress then keep reading!


This is an onsite position based in St Julians. Malta.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


  • Assist customers (both Swedish and English speaking) with a number of queries via online chat and email.
  • Escalate issues where needed to relevant departments e.g. RG, AML, RFP.
  • Utilise internal systems to ensure your own knowledge is relevant and up to date.
  • Assist in any translation tasks when needed.
  • Work with your peers to maintain a high customer satisfaction and meet team KPI's.
  • Follow company policies regarding regulatory requirements, compliance and more.
  • Assist in the collection of any customer documents for KYC efforts.
  • Maintain a high level of attention and detail


WHO ARE YOU?


  • Native level of Swedish, both written and verbal.
  • Have an excellent problem solving ability.
  • Able to build strong rapport with customers in a short period of time.
  • Previous experience within the iGaming industry would be a great advantage.
  • Enjoys working in a team to both individual and team goals.
