WHAT'S THE JOB?


As the Casino Manager for a dynamic and rapidly expanding online casino platform, you will manage and optimise the gaming experience across a number of brands, with plans to launch additional brands soon. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our casino offerings are top-tier and continuously evolving to meet the demands of a growing market. This position requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and deep industry knowledge to support our ongoing expansion. 


This position is hybrid from their offices in St. Julians, Malta.


 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

  • Manage day-to-day communication with partners, fostering and developing long-term relationships.
  • Oversee and manage the selection of games, ensuring they align with industry trends, geographical targeting, and customer preferences.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial and contractual agreements with partners, focusing on marketing and promotional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and execute effective retention strategies for both Casino and Live Casino verticals.
  • Operate and manage the back office, onboarding and off-boarding games using the chosen platform.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments, analytics, and report on workflows to optimise performance.
  • Monitor market trends and analyse competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Organise and streamline workflows using task management tools.
  • Work closely with suppliers and partners to maintain and enhance the online casino platform, setting new benchmarks in the industry. 


 

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

 

  • Native or Proficient in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (e.g., Casino Partnership Manager or Casino Account Manager) within the iGaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of Casino and Live Casino games, platforms, and player behaviour, along with comprehensive knowledge of iGaming contracts and rates, including bonus caps, and marketing contributions.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing partnership deals with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate product strategies to stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A mindset focused on continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Customer.io, Google Analytics,
  • Power BI, Google Docs, Jira, Asana is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of self-organisation.
