WHAT’S THE JOB

A leading name in the iGaming industry is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Forum & Community Manager with strong expertise in the iGaming space, particularly in the slots and Live Casino areas. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing and expanding their player community across multiple online platforms, including partnerships with third-party affiliates and managing Discord channels. This position calls for someone who is not only skilled in social media and community management but also possesses a solid grasp of the unique dynamics within the iGaming sector.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


Community Engagement:


  • Cultivate an active and thriving online community by regularly interacting with fans, fostering discussions, and building strong brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Take on the role of lead moderator across affiliate platforms and relevant forums to ensure proper promotion of products.
  • Oversee conversations with players on various social media platforms, including Discord, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment.
  • Actively participate in key social media channels to connect with the community, respond to inquiries, and offer support.
  • Communicate any significant challenges or issues to the appropriate internal teams.


Content Management:


  • Create, manage, and moderate content designed to engage and grow the community.
  • Develop and execute social media and community strategies aimed at boosting engagement and retaining players.
  • Produce and share compelling content related to slot games and Live Casino offerings.


Player Support:


  • Provide timely and effective responses to player questions, offering assistance and solutions to enhance their gaming experience.
  • Monitor the player community, ensuring that feedback and suggestions are relayed back to the business.


Research and Analysis:


  • Stay informed on industry trends, player preferences, and opportunities for improvement by regularly reviewing major iGaming communities.
  • Analyze community engagement data, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team on social media performance.


WHO ARE YOU?


  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a similar field is required. 
  • Proven background in managing content, social media, or online communities is essential. 
  • Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry is highly preferred. 
  • Skilled in utilizing social media platforms like Discord or comparable tools for community management. 
  • Familiarity with iGaming affiliate websites and their community management strategies is a must. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia tools is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical abilities with the skill to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
  • A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of online casino communities. 
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally and tactfully. 
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work across different teams. 
  • Genuine passion for building communities, engaging customers, and fostering brand loyalty.
