WHAT'S THE JOB? 

This is the opportunity for someone with a love for helping and actively listening to customers to join a growing team who are experts in the Swedish market. You will be the first point of call for customers needing your help and advice, providing valuable insights into the marketing team on customer trends and being an all round CS superstar! 


This position is onsite in Malta, with lots of benefits!


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Support Customers via live chat and email. 
  • Liaise with other departments, providing direct feedback from players sharing with the relevant teams. 
  • Maintain an exquisite level of service when speaking with customers. 
  • Meet all required SLA’s. 
  • Assist other operations departments e.g. Payments, Risk & Fraud, AML…
  • Provide feedback regarding ongoing customer issues.
  • Promote company values and advocate for the company.
  • Liaise with third party providers


WHAT CAN YOU DO?

  • Fluent in Swedish both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • A background working in a customer facing environment 
  • Good understanding of MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Customer focused.
  • Can-do positive attitude and a team player.
  • Ambitious to learn.
  • Effective communicator.
