WHAT'S THE JOB?  

An up-and-coming iGaming Operator are on the hunt for an Operations Specialist with a background in payments to join the team!  

You will be managing escalations, handling stakeholder queries, keeping your eye for detail homed in on QA and on the lookout for payments issues.  

This team are fun and energetic and looking for a positive individual to come on board!  

 

This position is 4 days a week in the office in Malta. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?  

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and report on the status of any operations escalations. 
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements. 
  • Be a key point of contact for all stakeholders involved in payments. 
  • Alongside the Head of Operations, plan regular meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. 
  • Collate and communicate project status and key deliverables to internal teams and external partners. 
  • Escalate and track payments issues and clearly report to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to payment processing and provide timely resolutions. 
  • Ensure that payment projects comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. 
  • Ensure security measures are followed to protect sensitive payment data and prevent fraud or unauthorized access and suggest improvements where needed. 
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the payments sector and make recommendations for strategic initiatives. 

 

  

WHAT CAN YOU DO?  

  • Proven experience in the Payments/Operations space, preferably within the payments sector or iGaming industry. 
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, methods, and platforms, including credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies. 
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payments industry. 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results. 
  • An energetic and personable approach to working within the office environment.
