CRM Content Manager - Finnish Speaking


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


As a CRM Content Manager, your primary responsibilities will include creating innovative and unique content, managing content across various brands and markets, and shaping the brand identity. You will work closely with the CRM Onsite Manager and Head of Design to develop and implement cross-brand content strategies, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Your role involves crafting engaging content that prompts customer action, monitoring its performance, and offering strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.


·      Develop and oversee original content for multiple brands and markets.

·      Partner with the CRM Onsite Manager and Head of Design to formulate cross-brand content strategies.

·      Collaborate with the Head of Design to establish and maintain clear brand guidelines.

·      Shape and enhance brand identity.

·      Contribute creatively and strategically to the CRM Department.

·      Create content that captivates and motivates customers.

·      Monitor, analyze, and report on customer engagement weekly, providing insights and recommendations.

·      Work with cross-functional teams to enhance content planning and user experience.

·      Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to the team.


WHO ARE YOU?


·      Proven track record in content creation and management.

·      Strong strategic planning skills with a collaborative approach to content strategy development and execution.

·      Expertise in developing and maintaining brand identity.

·      Ability to create compelling content that drives customer engagement.

·      Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on content performance.

·      Experience in cross-functional collaboration to optimize content planning and user experience.

·      Excellent editorial skills and technical knowledge of HTML.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Fluent in Finnish and English.


Preferred Qualifications:


·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

·      Over 3 years of experience in content management, ideally within a CRM or marketing environment.

·      Proficient in using analytics tools to assess content performance.

·      Knowledge of SEO best practices.

·      Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
