WHATS THE JOB:

A dynamic and culture driven Affiliation business are looking for an Email & Social Marketing Executive to join a small but growing team in their Malta offices. The main responsibilities include working with the Account Management team in selecting the best offers to be sent to a substantial database, preparing, scheduling, and sending them to all players. Secondary responsibilities include developing new communication channels - push notifications, Telegram groups, etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone within a CRM or Marketing position to broaden their knowledge and eventually grow into managing a function.

This position can be hybrid or remote from Malta but will require some time in the office in the beginning.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Preparing and scheduling weekly email offers.
• Reviewing historical campaign performance, identify successes and areas of improvement including past player communication.
• Defining benchmarks for campaigns and reporting on results from campaigns.
• Work closely with the Account Management team in finding the best suitable offers for creating player groups and lists.
• Dedicating time to trying and testing new communication channels.
• Taking care of this product in terms of defining rules and, as a consequence, creating process documentation - best practices.
• Reporting to the COO you will work closely in other marketing tasks.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

• Experience in an Email marketing field within the iGaming industry.
• Preferred knowledge of email marketing programs and campaigns such as Mail Chimp, Aweber, Fastrack etc.
• Understanding of customer segmentation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Native or Advanced Proficient English language knowledge.
