Position Overview:


As a Bilingual Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their staffing needs are met effectively. Your fluency in English and Spanish will enable you to communicate seamlessly with our diverse client base, which primarily consists of bilingual businesses in the Miami area. You will be responsible for managing accounts, understanding client requirements, coordinating placements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the staffing process.

Responsibilities:


  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for staffing requirements.
  2. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their staffing needs, including job descriptions, qualifications, and desired candidate profiles.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates who meet client requirements.
  4. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure a good match with client needs.
  5. Placement Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the placement process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Proactively engage with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and placements using our internal systems.


Requirements:


  1. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
  2. Experience in Account Management: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the staffing industry, where you managed client accounts and built successful relationships.
  3. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to interact with diverse clients and candidates, fostering trust and collaboration.
  4. Results-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and exceed client expectations.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management abilities, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications to manage client and candidate data and streamline processes.
  7. Knowledge of Staffing Industry: Familiarity with staffing and recruitment practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation techniques, and employment laws, is preferred.
  8. Flexibility: Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities as needed.
