We are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter who is fluent in Spanish and English, based in Latin America, to join our remote team.



Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting exceptional candidates for our clients' job openings. Your ability to fluently communicate in both Spanish and English will allow you to effectively interact with candidates and clients across Latin America. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our global talent acquisition efforts.


Responsibilities:


  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and databases, to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  2. Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, phone screenings, and reference checks.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  4. Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  5. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional talent pools, providing valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  8. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal processes.

Requirements:


  1. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  2. Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various positions, preferably in a multinational or remote work environment.
  3. Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of cultural nuances and practices across Latin America, enabling effective engagement with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with candidates and clients remotely.
  5. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates within specified timelines.
  6. Tech Savviness: Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online platforms to streamline recruitment processes and manage candidate data.
  7. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  8. Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and client requirements, with a willingness to collaborate across time zones and work non-traditional hours when needed.
