On their behalf, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to join their executive team. This role will be a key partner and trusted advisor to the CEO by driving strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless operational execution, and contributing to the overarching corporate strategy. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in the ongoing evolution within the group, working closely with the executive and senior leadership teams to maintain strategic alignment and effective management across the company’s diverse portfolio. With a strong focus on people operations and strategic oversight, this role will be critical in shaping the organizational culture and ensuring that key divisions are fully aligned with the group’s strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will also play a vital role in upholding and embedding the company’s core values, which include inclusion, collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. These values are central to the Macklan Group's continued success, and this role will ensure that they are realized across all business operations, driving not just growth but a cohesive and values-driven approach to long-term sustainability and impact.
