We are a premier disc golf and sports retail store providing high-quality equipment and exceptional customer service to disc golf enthusiasts and sports lovers. Our store is known for its wide selection of disc golf products and other sports gear, and we are excited to announce the launch of a new pickleball line.

Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing a small team of employees. Your duties will include:

• Managing inventory and placing orders for products.
• Processing payments and managing cash register operations.
• Handling online shipping orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Receiving shipments and organizing inventory.
• Assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Supervising and training store staff.
• Overseeing the launch of our new pickleball line and promoting it to customers.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in a sports or outdoor retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of disc golf and other sports equipment is an asset.
• Experience with online sales platforms is a plus.
