Shift Supervisor - Garson, ON

The Job location is opened until 1am and you need a transportation to and from the site. 

We are currently searching for a Shift Supervisor for our client in the quick-service restaurant industry who will directly report to the General Manager!

You will be leading and motivating other team members during shifts at the restaurant! If you have been working within the quick-service industry and are looking for a step-up, please apply now!!!

Day-to-day activities:

• Working within a team environment, you are the leader of the pack during your shifts and ensuring all team members are doing the best they can!
• Managing and mentoring other team members, ensuring everyone is following best practices to achieve restaurant goals

Who you are:

• Ability to work a variety of shifts throughout the week
• Positive attitude to work within a busy team environment
• Flexibility in hours worked to accommodate business needs
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
